Chives

Garlic chives, also known as Chinese chives or Allium tuberosum, are a perennial herb with flat, green leaves that have a mild garlic flavor. They are similar to regular chives but with a distinct garlic taste. The plant also produces white, star-shaped flowers.

Siberian chives, also known as blue chives or Allium nutans, are a hardy perennial herb with flat, blue-green leaves and attractive, pink, rose, or mauve, star-shaped flowers that bloom in mid to late summer.
